Some of the following variations of Pilates exercises shown below are NOT beginners/mixed ability exercises.
When done correctly using Pilates principles they are very difficult to perform. You will not be asked to perform more advanced exercises like these in my beginners/mixed ability classes.
There are easier or modified versions of all the following exercises which are very beneficial.
