Pilates Institute
Mathew has trained and qualified with the Pilates Institute in teaching Pilates with the aid of a Stability Ball. (The "Pilates on the Ball" Extension Module.)

East Midlands and Pennine Training
Mathew has trained with and qualified as a Pilates Matwork Instructor with EMPT.
