David Swenson's Primary Series DVD. Still probably the best media resource for Ashtanga Yoga Primary Series. This is the original VHS video transferred to DVD. But now there is a menu so you can skip past the introduction adn go straight to the sequence. Still excellent compared to what else is out there. | |||||
