These are small group sessions. You will receive lots of adjustment. tailored to your requirements.
To join the session you need some experience of Ashtanga Yoga and be able to follow the series. Minimum 3 months practice of Primary series required.
You can bring your own practice template/s to follow or I can lend you one.
This is your practice, you can modify, add or take away as you wish; Primary Series, Intermediate (Second) Series or anything else.
You can use the session to work through Second series if you wish. You don’t need to do all of the sequence and you can add bits in and miss things out if you want to.
A great way to improve your practice. You will receive lots of adjustment. The session is for people happy receiving adjustments. You can get as much advice as you want, although the idea is to keep your practice going.
Sessions are nominally timetabled for 2 hours, and of course you can finish and leave earlier.
Mysore-style self-practice is traditionally not held on moon-days. |
