Studio for Hire
Venue for hire.
Available for class, courses, workshops; also as a rehearsal and practice space.
This is a large Yoga/Pilates studio space conveniently located in the centre of Chorlton, Manchester.
The studio has a large open yoga studio and a reception room.
The main studio room is a "no-shoe" area. Shoes are removed and attendees/clients/students can be barefoot or wear socks/slippers depending on the type of event booked.
Visitors' car-parking is available at either end of Albany Road Trading Estate.
Rates
The first month is charged at £20/hour. After the first month the rate is £25/hour.
Exceptionally, a negotiated lower hourly rate will be charged for the studio hire.
For example: for particular low-attendance classes, low-charge/free classes, classes held at "difficult" times, "new" teachers starting out. A negotiated hourly rate will be removed (with 2 months notice) once a new teacher/class is established.
There will be some discount for anyone booking, 3+ hours a week.
A discounted day-rate may be available depending on the hours/days required. i.e. if the required day booking does not impact on regular weekly classes. Contact me to discuss, but you will be offered a discounted day-rate if your booking does not impact on a regular class or if we can negotiate the start/end/break times to fit around existing regular classes.
There will be some discount for anyone booking, 3+ hours a week.
All mats and props are on site, although you are welcome to bring your own stuff on the day as well.
Regular Classes/Courses
You will be provided with:
1.)
a key set for which a returnable deposit will be taken.
2.) an operating procedure for the studio (security/heating/lighting etc.)
3.) (if requested) a link to your website on the www.yogapilates.co.uk Links Page which will remain whilst you maintain a booking with YogaPilates Ltd.
You will:
1.)
Provide one free fully-resourced place to your class/course to YogaPilates. This place may or may not be taken up. If attending, the person taking the place will be of the appropriate level for your class/course.
2.)
Follow the operating procedure for the studio (security/heating/lighting etc.)
3.) Provide evidence of current qualifications and insurance, to be kep on file by YogaPilates Ltd.
Notice Period:
Notice period is one-month by either party. Please consider your clients when terminating your classes or terminating hire of the venue.
If the hirer behaves in away that is disruptive or negligent or in a way that may put YogaPilates Ltd at risk then the agreement will be terminated immediately.
Workshops/One-off classes or Events
The studio will be opened and closed for you or you will be provided with a key set for which a returnable deposit will be taken.
You will:
1.)
Provide one free fully-resourced place to your workshop/one-off class or event to YogaPilates. This place may or may not be taken up. If attending, the person taking the place will be of the appropriate level for your workshop/one-off class or event.
2.)
If keys provided, follow the operating procedure for the studio (security/heating/lighting etc.) A £25 deposit (refundable) is required for the studio keys.
